Silicon Harbour Capital was established in 2019 by investment veteran Mr. Sean He and is headquartered in Shanghai, China. Mr. Sean He successively served as Associate Director of Intel Capital, Head of China and Global Partner of The Carlyle Group, and Head of Asia and Global Partner of Ares Management Corporation. Our partners include researcher in global telecommunications giant and successful serial tech entrepreneur, and R&D and global strategic investment executive in well-known industrial software and semiconductor giants. Our investment team possesses deep insights on semiconductor, industrial software, cloud computing, intelligent manufacturing, new generation intelligent medical device, and related hardware and software industries.
